| Feb 1-15, 2012 | N/A | *Online registration for all consignors who wish to sell at the Spring 2012 sale (must have a consignor code) *Volunteer sign-ups are first come, first serve! (Note that all consignors will be put at 30% donation until volunteer registration is completed.) Volunteer registration begins Feb 1 and continues through March 10. |

1:00 – 7:00 pm | *receive and review items *consignors responsible for putting items in correct locations; volunteers will be there to assist you |
| Friday, March 16, 2012 |
4:00-8:00 pm | *exclusive volunteer sale (your volunteer name tag is required for admission)*NO children allowed |

6:00-8:00 pm | *consignor sale for consignors unable to volunteer*children over age 12 are permitted |

8:00 am- 12 noon | *public sale |

1:00 – 2:00 pm | *half-price sale*ALL items will go half price!*Tickets or volunteer name tag required for admission (tickets given to those who spend over $25 at public sale) |

2:15 – 3:00 pm | *consignors pick up unsold items |

3:00 until done | *charities come pick up unsold items *clean up of gym and fellowship hall to prepare for Sunday services |
